Root Cause

Since all 3 failures were caused by what appears to be a bug on your end, I'd appreciate having my free credits restored.

Code Example

Preflight Checklist

  • I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

Hi, I ran /ultrareview master three times and it failed every time at the "Find" step, returning an empty result. The Verify and Dedupe steps never ran.

I tried:

After the reported outage was resolved After creating a new cloud environment Different times across two days Nothing changed the outcome.

My repo is local-only (no GitHub remote), 835 files. Not sure if that's related.

Since all 3 failures were caused by what appears to be a bug on your end, I'd appreciate having my free credits restored.

Thanks

extent analysis

TL;DR

The issue with Claude Code's Ultrareview feature failing at the "Find" step may be related to the local repository size or configuration, and verifying the repository settings or seeking support from the Claude Code team could help resolve the issue.

Guidance

  • Verify that the local repository size (835 files, 523,828 lines added) is within the supported limits of Claude Code's Ultrareview feature.
  • Check the Claude Code documentation or support resources for any specific requirements or recommendations for using Ultrareview with large local repositories.
  • Consider reaching out to the Claude Code support team for assistance with troubleshooting or restoring free credits.
  • Review the provided error messages and logs for any additional clues about the cause of the failure.

Notes

The issue report lacks detailed information about the Claude Model used and the last working version of Claude Code, which could be helpful in troubleshooting the issue.

Recommendation

Apply workaround: Seek support from the Claude Code team to troubleshoot the issue and potentially restore free credits, as the cause of the failure is unclear and may require additional assistance.
