✔️ Expected Behavior

I need Dify's web embedding page for mobile access to enable AI Q&A without relying on a computer. However, I've found that it's not fully compatible with Apple devices. Here are my test results: iOS 18 (iPhone 16 Pro Max): Accesses normally iOS 17: I don't have a device with this system, so I'm unsure iOS 16 (iPhone 13 Pro Max): Can open the webpage, but no text displays (conversation bubbles also show no text) iOS 15 and below (iPhone 8 & iPhone XS Max): Same issue as above—no text appears Dear administrator, is this a compatibility bug? Has it not been fixed even in the latest version 1.13.4? I noticed there's one post in the forum about iOS issues, but it doesn't have a final resolution confirming whether the problem was fixed. I urgently need iOS access to work properly, as it's impractical to ask AI users to upgrade their phone systems just to access the service. I need to confirm if this issue has truly been resolved. This will also serve as verification and documentation for my future purchase of an enterprise license from Dify's headquarters in Jiangsu, China. Please provide a thorough and patient response. If we confirm this issue cannot be resolved, we'll unfortunately have to choose Coze for our enterprise solution. I think Dify is a great piece of software, but it's been extremely difficult to communicate and confirm details about feature functionality.

❌ Actual Behavior

There is another urgent confirmation I need regarding Dify's features. Does the current version of Dify support native real-time voice dialogue directly on the web interface? I’m not referring to the pseudo-real-time mode with high latency, where the AI only starts analyzing and replying after you finish speaking a complete sentence. What I need is genuine real-time voice chat like ByteDance Doubao and ChatGPT—where the AI parses your previous words and caches responses while you are still speaking. Please confirm whether this feature is available. Also, is it the same as Coze, allowing users to click a dial button directly in the web chat window to enable voice chat? Additionally, can the real-time voice AI maintain contextual history and link to the knowledge base? This point is extremely important. Please verify and reply, as this will directly affect our decision on purchasing the official enterprise version. Thank you for your time and attention.
