What's Wrong?

When I try to use Claude code on the desktop app (downloaded yesterday, so most recent version) it says Usage Limit Reached. I just signed up for a Pro account yesterday and I had been having no issues using it over the course of the day. Earlier today I was getting the red "usage limit reached" when I used claude code, but "/usage" and the display in my account showed that I was only at 21% session and 12% weekly usage. I went through all the steps including restarting with a fresh session, restarting the app, re logging in, and waiting for a new session. Upon the new session, with 0% of my 5-hour limit, I'm still getting Usage Limit Reached in red and the app tells me that the server is blocking requests.

No idea what's going on but I'm being blocked out of using the tool I'm paying for. Help!

What Should Happen?

Claude should let me continue to make requests until I hit my usage limit as reported in "/usage," and also that limit shouldn't be reached when I've only just started making requests.

Steps to Reproduce

I don't honestly know how someone else could create this circumstance, my expectation is that it is highly unusual. For reproducing on my end, every time I interact with the app I'm showing usage limit reached and being denied any requests to interface with the app even though according to my account I should have a large amount of usage available.
