What's Wrong?

In VS Code Claude extension, when you hit the uparrow it auto adds the /command in the text box. The issue is that after you type anything including a long prompt it erases everthing you typed and you cant undo.

What Should Happen?

When you hit the up button it should open the command list but not add it to the text box. When you select the command it should add it at the top of the text field without erasing anything.

  • Type a message.
  • Hit up one too many time to open the command list.
  • Watch your text get erased
