WebChat send button stuck on "Stop" after first message
Steps to reproduce
- Open WebChat conversation interface
- Send the first message
- After the message is sent, the buttons still show "Export, Queue, Stop"
- The conversation panel shows "idle/no execution", but the buttons do not reset to "Send"
- Subsequent messages can only be sent via the "Queue" button
Expected behavior
After message completion, buttons should reset to "Export, Queue, Send"
Actual behavior
Buttons remain stuck on "Stop"; only page refresh (F5) restores them
