All media downloads fail with:

Root Cause

In gateway/platforms/weixin.py, AES encrypt/decrypt functions use backend=default_backend(). The import fallback sets default_backend = None when the attribute is removed in newer cryptography versions, causing a TypeError.

Remove backend=default_backend() from _aes128_ecb_encrypt() and _aes128_ecb_decrypt(). See PR #35428.

Description

All media downloads fail with:

Root Cause
