  1. openclaw gateway install - 计划任务使用 InteractiveToken，依赖用户会话
  2. 手动用 schtasks /Create /TN "OpenClaw Gateway" /TR "..." /SC ONLOGON /RL LIMITED - 配置被忽略，仍使用 InteractiveToken
  3. Start-Process 后台启动 - 关闭 PowerShell 后 Gateway 仍被杀

Expected behavior

关闭 PowerShell 窗口后 Gateway 应继续在后台运行，用户可以通过浏览器保持连接。

To resolve the issue of the OpenClaw Gateway disconnecting after closing the PowerShell window, we need to ensure the Gateway runs as a background process independent of the user session.

  1. Modify the Scheduled Task:

    • Instead of using schtasks /Create /TN "OpenClaw Gateway" /TR "..." /SC ONLOGON /RL LIMITED, use the Task Scheduler GUI to create a task.
    • Set the task to run under the NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM account or a dedicated service account with sufficient permissions.
