After PR #21350 landed, any cron loading github-auth or github-pr-workflow gets blocked with prompt matches threat pattern 'exfil_curl'. Both skills have curl ... $GITHUB_TOKEN in their documentation, which matches the regex at tools/cronjob_tools.py:46.

Repro: hermes cron create --skill github-auth --prompt "list issues" → next tick blocks.
