What to build

Route current-status or fresh-data requests into trackable open loops. Messages such as "โดเมน Cloudflare ตอนนี้ active หรือยัง" or "เช็ก service ว่ายัง online ไหม" should not be answered from stale memory alone; L should capture what must be checked and keep the loop open until verified.

Acceptance criteria

• Fresh-data/status requests are detected outside the stock/finance domain.
• L identifies the relevant source or system to check before making current-state claims.
• The open loop is visible in the work queue with a status that reflects pending verification or blocked source access.
• The route does not create noisy tasks for normal conversation.
