What to build
Teach L to route Domain Consultation requests by deciding whether it can answer from memory/reasoning, needs live data, or should delegate to a specialist sub-agent. This should cover non-financial domains as well as financial analysis: health, law, tax, coding, research, scheduling, and personal decision support.
Acceptance criteria
- L identifies when a request is a Domain Consultation.
- L distinguishes answer-from-memory, needs-live-data, and delegate-to-specialist cases.
- High-stakes domains surface uncertainty, missing data, and a safe next action.
