What to build

Extend L's ledger/audit trail so a work item that moves from blocked to retried to done is explainable later. Daily audit and memory recall should be able to answer what was blocked, what changed, when L retried, and what result closed the loop.

Acceptance criteria

• A blocked work item records the blocked reason, source checked, executor, and concrete next action.
• A retry records when it happened, which natural phrase or command triggered it, and the new executor result.
• Daily audit summarizes blocked-to-done recovery without flooding the user with raw metadata.
• Recall can answer a later question such as “งาน Cloudflare เมื่อวานแก้ยังไง” using the recovery trail.
