Acceptance criteria

• L recalls relevant prior messages from durable ledger/memory without changing Leo's original text.
• A memory-recall answer includes remembered context, not just "yes/no".
• A memory-recall answer includes a next action when further work would require live data or deeper analysis.
• Tests cover the stock/tech recall example that previously answered too shallowly.
