When a new codex chat starts, the chat name/title is set as per the first prompt. But often times it doesn't reflect the current state of the chat as the conversation moves along. I end up renaming the chat manually. Please auto-update the chat title after a few back and forth.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Start a chat with "hi". Then give some prompt and have a back and forth till you see your results. The conversation name/title still remains as "hi", but can be something much more meaningful if it was auto-updated.
