What to build

When an L work item finishes or becomes blocked, its visible execution state should stop looking like it is still running. /lwork, /lbrief, proactive follow-ups, memory notes, and audit summaries should show the final state clearly instead of carrying stale execution_state context such as "checking Cloudflare domain status" into blocked or done items.

Acceptance criteria

• A work item that transitions to done no longer renders as 🛠️ กำลังทำ in /lwork, /lbrief, or proactive follow-ups.
• A work item that transitions to blocked shows the blocker/reason first, not stale running context.
• Executor result metadata remains preserved for ledger/audit, but user-facing queue summaries distinguish final state from running state.
• Regression coverage proves a blocked Cloudflare status check does not display as still running.
