Clicking the review button on an old finished task while a new task has already edited files in the same thread always shows the new edited changes instead

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Start a thread and let it edit some file. When done click "review". While the review is open to send a new message that will cause codex to edit files. The review tab will show the newly edited files and there is no way to continue reviewing the old results.

What is the expected behavior?

Each codex response should have its own separate review diff.
