Cloud Code Routines stuck at "Setting up a cloud container" indefinitely. Every run (scheduled and manual) never progresses past the first step.

What Should Happen?

Container should provision, clone the git repository, and execute the agent prompt

  2. Trigger any routine manually (Run now)
  3. Observe the run — stuck at "Setting up a cloud container" forever
