Hello Dify Support Team,

I am currently using Dify Cloud and encountered an issue when trying to access and export historical conversation logs for analysis purposes.

Steps to Reproduce: Log in to Dify Cloud (https://cloud.dify.ai/) Navigate to my application "小Q" Go to the "Logs & Annotations" section Click on any historical conversation entry (e.g., Conversation ID: 7A26EAEA-3D30-49FA-8AB4-442B94142CF1) Attempt to view full conversation details or export the conversation records
