In the Codex desktop app (IDE ext), iterative review loops become hard to audit because the change review surface appears to show only the changes from the latest response after review feedback is submitted.

When a session has several review rounds, the user loses the ability to inspect the full set of changes made across the session. The visible review surface contains only the second-round or latest-round edits, so it is difficult to understand what was changed overall and what remains from earlier rounds.

Of course, it's possible to use the IDE features to review the overall changes. but it's very useful to use the embedded codex comments to send feedback immediately to the chat session
