When Codex App notification is clicked on macOS and conversation changes, the macOS app now requires me to double-click anything in order to perform actions that would normally be done using a single click. I have to click in another application and go back to codex again for that to disappear, but that's annoying
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Create a conversation, make it do something that requires a notification, remove focus from the app, click the notification, now double clicks are required
