Codex appears to hang or run extremely slowly on a very small task. The task was simple and only changed one file, but the run was still showing Working after more than 23 minutes.

This feels far slower than expected for a basic one-file change in standard mode.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Codex CLI / Windows app on Windows 11.
2. Use standard mode.
3. Ask it to implement a simple feature.
4. The resulting change affects only one file.
5. Observe that the run remains in Working state for more than 23 minutes and does not complete.

Expected behavior

For a trivial task that modifies one file, Codex should complete within a reasonable time or surface what it is waiting on, instead of remaining in Working for tens of minutes.

Actual behavior

The run stayed in Working for at least 23m 42s.
