What steps can reproduce the bug?
Go to https://chatgpt.com/codex/cloud/settings/environment/create and clickthe "Github Connector" then sign into a new repo, authorize it. The drop down doesn't show a new repo added.
What is the expected behavior?
A new repo shows up in the drop down
