Screen Recording is enabled for both Codex and Codex Helper. I tried removing/re-adding permissions, resetting ScreenCapture permissions, quitting/reopening Codex, and restarting. It still fails every time.
macOS logs show: CGSWindowShmemCreateWithPort failed on port 0
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Open Codex desktop app on macOS 13.7.8.
- Ensure Screen Recording is enabled for Codex and Codex Helper.
- Open any visible app window.
- In Codex, click attach / appshot.
- Select the visible app window.
Result: Codex shows “Unable to attach appshot”. Expected: Codex should attach the selected app/window screenshot.
