What issue are you seeing?

There seems to be a UI rendering/layout bug in the Hooks settings page.

The content panel becomes visually broken/misaligned:

  • excessive blank area on the left/right
  • incorrect panel sizing
  • partially rendered sections
  • loading spinner stays visible in the background

Screenshot attached.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

  1. Open Codex Desktop App
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Open the "Hooks" section
  4. Observe the broken layout/rendering

What is the expected behavior?

The settings panel should render normally with correct layout sizing and alignment.

Additional information

This seems related to the Hooks settings UI specifically.
