Power BI Modeling MCP reads work in both Codex Desktop and Codex CLI. Writes fail only in Codex Desktop. The same MCP configuration and same Power BI Desktop session successfully perform writes through Codex CLI. Behavior: Reads succeed Tool discovery succeeds Connection succeeds Write operations fail or are declined --skipconfirmation does not resolve the issue in Desktop Same config works correctly in Codex CLI
