Issue: When attempting to use Codex mobile from the Codex desktop app, the desktop shows a QR code. Scanning the QR code on Android opens the ChatGPT mobile app, but the mobile app only shows a screen saying to follow the instructions on desktop. The desktop app does not show any additional instructions and remains on the QR code screen. This creates a dead-end pairing flow.
