What issue are you seeing?

I’m using Codex Security with a ChatGPT Business team account. After creating a new security scan for a GitHub repository, the scan details page fails to load the scan data.

The page shows the following errors:

Failed to load scan stats: Invalid URL Failed to load scan configurations: Invalid URL

<img width="3622" height="1286" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/d7936782-ba9a-481f-b1fc-6c32894b6a20" />

The scan status, result, and scanned commits are all shown as unavailable. The page also says Codex Security is still generating the initial threat model.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1.Log in with a ChatGPT Business team account. 2.Open Codex Security. 3.Create a new security scan for a GitHub repository. 4.Open the newly created scan details page. 5.The page fails to load and shows the Invalid URL errors above.

What is the expected behavior?

The Codex Security scan page should load the scan configuration, scan stats, scan status, results, and scanned commits normally.

Additional information

Regular Codex functionality appears to work normally outside of the Codex Security scan details page. The issue seems limited to Codex Security.

extent analysis

TL;DR

The issue may be resolved by re-checking the URL configuration for the Codex Security scan details page or verifying the integration between Codex Security and the GitHub repository.

Guidance

  • Verify that the GitHub repository is correctly linked to the Codex Security account and that the necessary permissions are granted.
  • Check the URL of the scan details page for any typos or incorrect formatting that could be causing the "Invalid URL" errors.
  • Ensure that the Codex Security scan has completed successfully and that the initial threat model has been generated before attempting to load the scan details page.
  • Review the Codex Security documentation to ensure that all necessary setup and configuration steps have been followed.

Notes

The issue appears to be specific to the Codex Security scan details page and does not affect regular Codex functionality. Further investigation may be needed to determine the root cause of the issue.

Recommendation

Apply workaround: Re-check the URL configuration and verify the integration between Codex Security and the GitHub repository, as this may resolve the issue without requiring an upgrade or further changes.

Another batch ranked right after the header list — different links, same matching logic.
