Problem Description
Every time I open the Control UI (web interface), an error message appears above the input box:
Error: Realtime voice provider "openai" is not configuredEnvironment
- OpenClaw version: 2026.5.7
- OS: macOS
- How to reproduce: Just open the Control UI
Issue
As long as the OpenAI Realtime Voice API Key is not configured, this error message keeps showing. The user just wants to use text chat normally without voice features, but the error message still appears every time.
It would be great if there could be a toggle to hide this error message, or have it hidden by default when not configured.
Additional Info
This error does NOT affect normal usage (text chat works fine), but it is visually uncomfortable and an unnecessary distraction for users who do not need voice functionality.
Feature Request: Add a config option to disable the Realtime Voice initialization, or automatically suppress this error when no voice provider is configured.
