Follow-up to #77077 (closed as not reproducible). The issue persists on 2026.5.7.

Importing a tweakcn theme via the Appearance > Import panel fails with "Failed to fetch" for every input format:

  • Full URL: https://tweakcn.com/themes/cmlhfpjhw000004l4f4ax3m7z
  • Full URL (different theme): https://tweakcn.com/themes/cmll14cgf000204ky5ms2fdgj
  • Registry URL format also fails
  • Theme ID only also fails

All tested themes return valid JSON when fetched server-side (e.g. via curl or OpenClaw web_fetch). The failure is browser-only.
