What happened?

/copy always returns PowerShell clipboard operation failed and the bundled fallback binary was not found. This can happen when running in a bundled environment (e.g. Node.js SEA). I am not seeing any more details on the error or getting any privileges/warnings/etc. I haven't found a workaround.

This is on Windows VS Code in the terminal. I've tried both from git bash and PowerShell.

Window 11 25H2 (26200.8457) VS Code - Insiders - 1.222.0-insider @google/gemini-cli 0.42.0 PowerShell 7.6.1 git bash 5.3.9(1)-release (x86_64-pc-cygwin)

What did you expect to happen?

/copy should copy the last response into the system clipboard
