The Codex desktop app already ships with complete zh-CN translations (5092 strings) and all 64 locale files. However the enable_i18n Statsig flag defaults to false, so Chinese UI never shows even when:
- System locale is zh-CN
- localeOverride is set to zh-CN
- ELECTRON_LOCALE_OVERRIDE is set
Please enable i18n by default so zh-CN users can see the translated UI.
