What to build

Add the next executor slice for L. When a pending LINE or webhook status work item exists, L can execute a read-only health check, record what was checked, and close or block the work item.

Acceptance criteria

• L can identify a pending fresh_data/status_check work item with check_source=line.
• /lexecute latest or a keyword target performs a read-only LINE bridge or webhook health check.
• The result includes checked source, webhook path or bridge target, success or failure, and confidence.
• Successful checks close the work item; failures block it with a useful reason.
• Tests cover the full path from natural-language intake to execution result and audit.
