In codex-cli and Codex App it looks like "Fast mode" has disappeared. "Fast mode" is no longer indicated in status line in both codex-cli and Codex App, Both codex-cli and Codex App no longer recognizes /fast command: /fast on or /fast off cannot be invoked.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Uploaded thread: 019e1240-6cad-7aa0-92a5-0ebb9e1dc192 Start codex-cli or Codex App and in the prompt type /fast (and enter).

What is the expected behavior?

For "Fast mode" to be indicated, listed and be able to enable or disable it.
