Problem
When running hermes sessions list, all sessions are displayed without any indication of which platform or source they came from (CLI, Telegram, Discord, cron, etc.). This makes it hard to quickly identify sessions from specific platforms.
Proposed Solution
Add a platform (or source) column to the hermes sessions list output that shows where each session originated (e.g., cli, telegram, discord, cron, gateway).
Use Case
Users who run Hermes across multiple platforms (CLI + Telegram + Discord, etc.) need a quick way to distinguish and find sessions from a specific platform without opening each one.
Additional Context
This would also help users filter sessions by platform in the future (e.g., hermes sessions list --platform telegram).
