Add capability for OpenClaw agent to upload/post files directly to Slack channels and threads.
Background
During the v1.1.4 release review, Legend requested a markdown report. The agent created the file but could not share it directly in Slack — had to paste the content instead. Being able to upload files would be cleaner for reports, logs, and other artifacts.
