Sometimes the agent says it's waiting for approval but the dialog doesn't pop on any of my channels ,web, tui, nor discord, and I can't find a way to look for the execs that should be waiting for approval

it would be great to have an interface / menu or a way to list the execs that are waiting approvals giving also an option to approve or deny and not rely on the pop up only.
