hermes - 💡(How to fix) Fix [Feature]: Document Claude Code /goal slash command [2 pull requests]

Problem or Use Case

The bundled claude-code skill's interactive slash-command reference does not mention Claude Code's /goal [objective] command, which is useful when steering longer tmux/interactive Claude Code sessions.

Proposed Solution

Add a concise /goal [objective] row to the Session & Context command table in the bundled claude-code skill, with a Purpose entry that matches the length/style of neighboring rows.

Alternatives Considered

• Leave it only in local operator notes: less useful for users installing Hermes from the repo.
• Add a long caveat directly in the Purpose column: rejected because it makes the table visually uneven.
