当打开多个终端窗口/标签页时，某些窗口需要用户确认（如权限请求、AskUserQuestion 等），用户可能因为标签太多而长时间看不到确认提示，需要在多个标签间来回切换查看。
期望行为
需要用户确认的窗口标签变为醒目的颜色（如红色/橙色），用户点击确认后恢复默认颜色。这样用户扫一眼就能知道哪 个窗口在等待输入。
使用场景
- 同时开了 5-6 个 Claude Code 窗口或标签页在跑不同任务
- 部分窗口发出了权限确认或选项询问，但被其他窗口遮挡
- 用户只能逐个切换窗口来检查是否有待确认的消息
