The Feature

Add the ability for LiteLLM to read secrets from a file, in a similar way to os.environ/ so as to integrate with Docker's secrets, or other systems that manifest secrets as files

Motivation, pitch

Some system's manifest secrets as files instead of env variables (e.g. Docker Compose's secrets key (Or legacy Swarm)), this is done to avoid exposing such secrets via introspection APIs like docker inspect. It would be nice to have a feature to have LiteLLM read a secret from a file for these.
