Bug Description

(Not a bug, but aesthetic enchancement)

To help remind me which project repository/directory I am in, I would like to be able to modify the look of Claude Code.

The most obvious approach would be to modify the colour of the ASCII art mascot at the startup of Claude Code (currently. This colour override is a purely visual terminal feature; it would be purely opt-in, per-project. (So stored in per-project local settings, perhaps?)

This personalized colour-coding of the key projects I'm working on would be a simple way to reduce cognitive load when working across a handful of major projects/repositories and aross many terminal sessions, and would also inject a bit of fun customization to mundane work (c.f. the colour themes personalization in Slack).

It would even empower users to - with no additional extensions to Claude Code itself - create additional personalizations by building on top of this feature. For example, users might choose to create their personal project init scripts/project templates that add a colour override to every newly created project by randomization/hashing.
