Bug Description Pressing the "ctrl+o" key seems like it has resulted in the Claude Code harness interpreting those actions from me as interruptions. That's fine, but I'm having to assess why a session pause occurred. The biggest issue is I don't know the best way to continue. I think it's as simple as "I'm sorry; I didn't mean to pause the session", but I don't know how best to restore session flow with this harness. I'm essentially guessing on the "my bad" use-case.
