Bug Description saving to memory.md in Claude-code after each session, proved to be invaluable for me. Can I recommend that for absolute first time users, when the user was satisfied with the outcome of their first session, that Claude prompts the user, "Would you like me to commit your progress for this session to memory.md , located in your user folder or would you like me to create a new ai-context/memory folder in this project for future session reference"
