Bug Description Claude-code is missing a NotebookRead tool to efficiently read jupyter notebook cells, the Read tool is often blocked because the file gets too big with stored outputs, sometimes claude-code manages to extract cells code with jq or python but it's fragile and wastes tokens, it can accidentally include some output and wreck the context, or mix cell ids and numbers etc. It also has no way to read image outputs as images currently to my knowledge.
