Bug Description sometimes Claude behave much better when I make new clean session and let it read full project again and than continue working it's less confusing for Claude, so fresh clean sessions with clear requirements without prev noise have much better results also i always have appstate.md file for Claude to populate on every change/edit in the project so it spends less time reading full project again instead it reads one file catch up context and continue
