Feature Request

In the CrawBot webchat UI, it would be helpful to visually distinguish between bot messages and user messages by positioning them differently:

  • Bot messages → Left side
  • User messages → Right side

This is a common pattern in chat apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) and makes conversations much easier to follow.

Currently both appear on the same side, making it harder to quickly scan the conversation.

Thanks for considering this improvement!
