Bug Description I really, REALLY need some kind of multi-account easy to use switching, including via some kind of hooks. I now have both work and personal, and I want to be able to use my exact same ~/.claude/ home dir so I can work the same using EITHER account. Personal by default, and work when I'm in work project directories.
