Feature Description

Currently approved users get identical tool access as the owner. No way to restrict per-user.

Use Case

  • Run Hermes on a personal machine
  • Want colleague in Feishu group to use doc/QA features
  • Do NOT want them accessing local files or terminal
  • Currently: all or nothing

Proposed Solution

Add --toolsets flag to hermes pairing approve:

hermes pairing approve feishu <user_id> --toolsets feishu_doc,web,skills
