ollama - 💡(How to fix) Fix [Feature request UX] Make the desktop app window narrow, resizable, and always on top - One-Click Tray Access

Hi, I would love to have a small UX improvement for the Ollama desktop app window.

Right now the window feels too fixed and not practical enough when using it as a quick assistant while working in other apps. It would be really useful if the window could be resized much more freely, especially to make it narrow like the ChatGPT desktop app. In this kind of layout, the assistant can stay on the side of the screen without taking too much space, while still being easy to type into and read.

Another very useful option would be an “always on top” mode, so the Ollama window can stay above other windows. This would make it much more practical as a real assistant that is always available while coding, browsing, writing, or working in another app, instead of having to constantly switch back to it.

A good experience would be something like a compact floating assistant window: resizable down to a narrow width, easy to place on the side of the screen, and with an optional always-on-top toggle. This would make the desktop app feel much more usable for everyday workflows where Ollama is used alongside other tools.

It would also be nice if, when I click the Ollama icon in the bottom right corner, a single click instantly opens the Ollama interface and keeps it always on top of the desktop.
