Problem or Use Case

In some scenarios using the API Server, I want to precisely control which skills are loaded for the current session, instead of loading all skills managed by Hermes.

Proposed Solution

Could we add a parameter such as exclude_skills or include_skills to specify the skills that need to be used in the current session? For example, I can place all such dynamic skills into the external_dir, and combine it with the above parameters to control this behavior.
