When you now send a message on Telegram, it immediately has the 2 blue checkmarks as also read. But if I look in the logs, the gateway only has received the message, the agent has not "read" it yet.

Problem to solve

It's not a real big problem, just a nice to have. I have had that my agent sometimes takes a few minutes to respond. It would be nice to see if the message is received by the gateway and/or it has also been read.

In the previous version, where the gateway was broken, the gateway did receive the message but did not pass it to the agent. This would be a visual cue something is going on.

Proposed solution

Use Telegram (and others) status.
