Problem: Server defaults to UTC. No TZ env var is set during setup. Agent must do mental math for local time, often gets it wrong. Cron jobs fire at UTC hours, not user hours.

Request: Add a timezone prompt to hermes setup that sets TZ=<user-tz> in ~/.hermes/.env. This is a one-line fix that affects: date accuracy, cron scheduling, log timestamps, and agent time awareness.

Why it matters: The agent needs correct local time for user-facing features like reminders, scheduled tasks, and accurate session awareness. Without it, every user has to discover and fix this manually.
